Refund
Policy –
We are
unable to accept returns. Due to the nature of the product, by the time it
returns to us it is usually damaged to the point it is unable to be resold. However,
we do understand that issues can arise, and if you have a problem please call
and we will endeavor to solve it as soon as possible.
Refunds are
determined on a case by case basis. Call if you have questions or concerns.
Purchase
Policy –
All prices
are in USD.
We only accept Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover.
We don’t accept
anything else through the website. If you are interested in paying by check,
please mail it to us with a completed order form.
If you are interested
in purchasing more than 10 copies of a particular study guide, or you are an adviser to a SAAC group in good standing please contact us at 1-800-854-1672 to
receive differential pricing.
Shipping
Policy –
We ship
through UPS, Monday through Friday (items ordered over the weekend will ship Monday).
Due to confirmation requests they are UNABLE to deliver to PO boxes. They will
always need a street address. We have 3 basic shipping methods:
·Ground – Which can take up to 5 days, a map of
estimated shipping times is located in our FAQ
·2nd Day – Which will take 2 days
·Overnight – Which will arrive the next day
These shipment
times are provided by UPS and due to the highly variable nature of cross
country shipping; we are unable to guarantee that a shipment will arrive
on a certain date. Shipment times to not include processing time. In
general we are able to process orders within 1 business day, but during our
busier seasons (two weeks before finals) it may take longer. The express
processing option will insure that your order will go out on the next available
shipment. Our shipping leaves at 3pm CST and we must receive an order by noon (with express processing) CST to ensure that it goes out same day.
Currently we
only ship through the website to the continental United States. If you are located in Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or outside the United States call us at
1-800-854-1672.
Privacy–
The ACS
Examinations Institute only collects data from this site to process your order.
We will not give or sell any of your personal information to a third-party
unless necessary to complete your order (ie we give your address to UPS so they
can find your dwelling).
